Kate has been in Veterinary Medicine since 2004, where she started as a veterinary assistant in a local hospital.
Since 2004, Kate has earned her A.A.S in Veterinary Technology, became a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) and is currently completing a B.A.S in Veterinary Technology with a concentration in Hospital Administration. With her 21 years experience, Kate has worked in emergency and critical care hospitals, local animal shelters, general practice, and has worked as a relief LVT covering shifts in hospitals across South Carolina.
When Kate isn’t managing both PawMED locations, you can find her with her family, loving on her undisclosed number of cats in her home, practicing yoga, or trying real hard to be a “plant lady”.
